Can I trust you?
Yes! We've been in business since 1998 and have served over 100,000 happy customers. We stand behind our product and back you up with friendly customer service. Located in Wisconsin, we recently moved to a new, larger building to keep up with demand and provide even better service and selection.

Do you sell cheap rubbish?
No! We're named Lamp DEALS for a good reason - We take high quality items you'd normally see at regular prices and massively discount them. Nothing's changed in their quality, the only change is the huge drop in price, which we know you'll love as much as our products!

Why are the prices so low?
Because we love you! That, and because we know a good deal when we see one. We've secured cheaper access to hundreds of items and we pass on the savings to you! We also keep our prices super-cheap by not accepting returns on items you don't like, sorry.

What if it's broken?
We'll replace it! At no charge to you, any broken, damaged or mis-shipped items can be replaced. We'll pay to ship a replacement and to pick up the defective item. Even so, 99% of items arrive in perfect condition! Just contact us within 30 days of delivery if something didn't ship right.

And if I don't like it?
At least it was cheap! Everything on our site is a hot deal, with new items being uploaded every week. We go through deals like water and they don't stay on the shelves for long. There just isn't room for us to take back items unless they shipped badly. So take your time, find something you love at a great price and you'll be happy!

Is it under warranty?
Sure! We back up the manufacturer's warranty (usually 1 year) with our 1-year Iron Clad Extended Warranty (tm), just in case the manufacturer doesn't have one or it runs short. So don't worry, just let us know within a year if it does something it's not supposed to and we'll do our best to help you out.
